On Tuesday, Oct. 8, the TLC star took to Instagram with a video of a FaceTime call with her niece, Jaime Horton.
“Well, uh…I gotta tell you something,” Horton—whose wedding to Heath Horton was featured on Season 12—suddenly declared. She then showed her aunt a sonogram.

Thore, 40, proceeded to scream animatedly before she erupted into a fit of laughter while continuing to yell in excitement.
“She has the best reaction,” Horton said to someone off-camera.
“Oh my god! Yes!” the thrilled great-aunt-to-be finally replied.
